Stanley Fisher LLC operates ShopZoneGuard and uses personal information to provide the ZoneGuard storefront, fulfill orders and support customers.

Information we process

Information may include your name, contact details, shipping and billing address, order items and amounts, payment status and transaction references, tracking details, messages, and information supplied in professional applications or support requests. Shopify and service providers may also process IP addresses, device and browser information, cookies, and interactions needed to operate, secure and improve their services.

How we use it

We use information to answer inquiries, assess professional applications, process orders, manufacture and dispatch products, communicate tracking, handle returns and warranty requests, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Shopify and payments

Our storefront and checkout are hosted by Shopify. Shopify and the selected payment services process payment details; Stanley Fisher does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. We retain the order and payment-status information needed to fulfill and support your purchase. Shopify may process information for its own purposes as described in its Consumer Privacy Policy.

Service providers and sharing

We share information needed for relevant services with Shopify, payment services, business email providers, carriers and logistics providers, and professional advisers where appropriate. We may disclose records to comply with law, protect rights or prevent fraud. We do not claim that all data remains on our own servers; providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies for storefront, cart, checkout, security and other platform functions. Analytics behavior depends on the store’s services and privacy configuration. We use the official Facebook & Instagram by Meta integration with Meta Pixel, advanced matching and Conversions API to measure advertising and show relevant ads. Depending on your privacy choices and available information, Shopify shares browsing and shopping activity, product and order information, and identifiers such as name, location, email address and phone number with Meta to match activity to Meta accounts. This includes browser-based and server-to-server sharing. Use the store’s privacy controls to exercise applicable consent or opt-out choices. Retention and security

Records are retained as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, warranty handling, accounting, legal obligations, security and disputes. Retention varies by record and purpose. We use reasonable safeguards and limit staff access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Stanley Fisher’s U.S. business, UK manufacturing and fulfillment facility, and service providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, relevant safeguards apply to international transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, withdraw consent, or exercise applicable opt-out rights. You may also have a right to complain to your local privacy regulator. Marketing unsubscribe choices do not prevent necessary transactional messages.

The service is not directed to children. External sites and optional payment services have their own privacy practices.
