These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZoneGuard product family and any related products, services, or website operated by Stanley Fisher LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. For information on how we collect and use data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Use of Services

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or related systems.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free, and we may correct inaccuracies. A correction does not automatically change the price or commercial terms of an already confirmed order.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted through secure checkout when available. An inquiry does not create an order or take payment. An order is confirmed after payment is verified. The current price and any applicable sales tax are shown before payment. Confirmed orders retain the price and preparation promise recorded when ordered. Checkout is provided by Shopify, with payment processed through the payment services offered there. We do not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.

Manufacturing, shipping and import charges

Made to order in England. Please allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch; transit begins afterward and varies by destination and carrier. U.S. shipping is $30 once per order containing Tankless; Plus and Pro orders without Tankless ship free. We select the carrier manually and supply tracking after shipment.

International shipments from the UK, including to the United States, may incur import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs or carrier/brokerage charges. These are additional, are not collected as duties at checkout, and are payable by the recipient unless applicable law requires otherwise. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Contact support@stanleyfisher.com with your order reference for authorization and applicable return instructions before sending a product. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with those terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Installation and Use Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the proper installation, configuration, and use of ZoneGuard. Failure to follow recommended installation or usage guidelines may result in reduced performance or damage. We strongly recommend using a licensed plumber for installations involving unfamiliar piping or code-regulated work. Responsibility for improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modification is subject to applicable law; this does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disclaimer of Performance

ZoneGuard is designed for general residential and commercial applications. Performance may vary based on water composition, system design, installation conditions, and other external factors beyond our control. No specific results, outcomes, or performance improvements are guaranteed. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of performance.

Model-specific warranty information

Approved Plus and Pro information identifies a 10-year limited warranty. Refer to the applicable model’s brochure and supplied warranty documentation for its coverage and conditions. This statement does not extend that term to Tankless or promise transferability.

For Tankless warranty information or a warranty claim for any model, contact support@stanleyfisher.com with the model, order number and issue description. We will explain the applicable assessment process before you send a product. Statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanley Fisher® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits. Where legally permitted, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by applicable law, and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the website or product. This provision does not require you to indemnify us for our own breach of duty or limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Statutory rights

The written warranty above and applicable statutory warranties remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms disclaims an implied warranty or excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to your purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Stanley Fisher® and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing, security, shipping and business operations. Shopify provides storefront, checkout, security and platform services. Cookies and any optional analytics or advertising are described in our privacy and cookie policies. Provider privacy practices are explained in our Privacy Policy. Using a service provider does not remove obligations we owe you under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively. The terms applicable to an existing purchase are not replaced merely because this page is updated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of ZoneGuard are subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
