How We Use Your Information

We use inquiry information to answer questions, provide product guidance and review professional applications. Order information is used to confirm payments, prepare and ship orders, provide tracking, handle returns and refunds, and support warranty requests. Authorized staff maintain operational and security records to manage these services and resolve disputes.

Payments and Transactions

When checkout is available, payment details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout. We retain the order, customer contact, shipping address and payment-status information needed to fulfill and support orders. We do not store card numbers or card security codes.

Email Communications

We use business email to respond to inquiries and send transactional order, shipping and confirmed-refund messages. Messages and delivery-attempt records may be retained for support and troubleshooting. An inquiry or professional application notifies our team; it does not sign you up for marketing emails or guarantee an immediate personal reply.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use service providers for hosting, security, payment processing, business email and shipping. Depending on the service used, these include Stripe for checkout and payment processing, Microsoft 365 for business email, Cloudflare Turnstile for form verification, and shipping carriers. We share information needed for the relevant service. These providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Deleting an inquiry from active operational records does not automatically erase copies already delivered to business mailboxes or held in backups; those copies require separate retention and deletion handling.
