Shipping

ZoneGuard Plus is manufactured and prepared in the UK. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order confirmation for preparation before dispatch. Free US shipping is included in the $849 product price.

Preparation time is separate from carrier transit. International transit and customs clearance vary, so the preparation estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. After payment is verified, we email your order confirmation. When your order is dispatched, we email the carrier and tracking details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control. We will assist in resolving shipping issues where reasonably possible.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier. We will work with you and the carrier on a resolution, including replacement or refund where appropriate. A carrier investigation does not remove your applicable consumer rights.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photo documentation. Verified damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Preparation updates

If we cannot dispatch within the stated preparation period, we will notify you before that period expires, explain the revised dispatch estimate and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot provide a revised date, we will say so. We will cancel and refund an unshipped order where required by law rather than assume consent to an indefinite delay.

Returns

ZoneGuard Plus may be returned within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

The unit may be installed and used during this period. To be eligible for return, the product must be in good condition and free from damage beyond normal installation and handling.

ZoneGuard works continuously as water flows through the system. Noticeable improvements can develop over time as existing scale is gradually affected during normal use. The 30-day period is intended to give you an initial evaluation window; full system impact may take longer depending on water conditions and usage.

All returns require prior authorization. Email support@stanleyfisher.com with your order reference to request a return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the applicable return instructions. Please contact support before sending your product.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping damage.

Refunds

For returned products, refunds are issued after receipt and inspection. Approved return refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit. These return-inspection steps do not apply to cancellation of an unshipped order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Email support@stanleyfisher.com with your order reference and cancellation request. Cancellation refunds are submitted to the original payment method within seven working days after cancellation; bank or card posting may take additional time. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.

Shipping destinations

Online checkout is available for supported US shipping destinations, with free US shipping. Customers outside the United States may email support@stanleyfisher.com to ask about availability and shipping arrangements. International orders require separate agreement; availability, carrier service, transit time and local requirements vary by destination.

Customs, duties and destination charges

If Stanley Fisher agrees to fulfill an international order outside normal US checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import duties, import taxes, destination-country taxes, brokerage charges, and local or destination fees. These charges vary by destination and may be collected by the carrier or destination authorities. Any taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment.

Warranty

ZoneGuard Plus is covered by a 10-year transferable warranty on the housing and catalytic core. Full warranty terms are governed by our warranty terms.
