These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZoneGuard Plus ("the Product") and any related products, services, or website operated by Stanley Fisher LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. For information on how we collect and use data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Use of Services

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or related systems.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free, and we may correct inaccuracies. A correction does not automatically change the price or commercial terms of an already confirmed order.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted through secure checkout when available. An inquiry does not create an order or take payment. An order is confirmed after payment is verified. The current price and any applicable sales tax are shown before payment. Confirmed orders retain the price and preparation promise recorded when ordered. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number or security code.

Shipping and Delivery

ZoneGuard Plus is manufactured and prepared in the UK, with approximately 2–3 weeks before dispatch. Carrier transit and customs clearance are additional and variable. Free US shipping is included. Online checkout is available for supported US shipping destinations. Customers outside the United States may contact support@stanleyfisher.com to ask about availability and shipping arrangements. International orders require separate agreement. If Stanley Fisher agrees to fulfill an international order outside normal US checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import duties, import taxes, destination-country taxes, brokerage charges, and local or destination fees. Taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment; additional destination charges may be collected separately. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. Carrier transit and customs delays may be outside our control, but dispatch does not remove any responsibility or remedy that applies under law. For policies regarding damaged or lost shipments, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Contact support@stanleyfisher.com with your order reference for authorization and applicable return instructions before sending a product. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with those terms, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Installation and Use Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the proper installation, configuration, and use of ZoneGuard. Failure to follow recommended installation or usage guidelines may result in reduced performance or damage. We strongly recommend using a licensed plumber for installations involving unfamiliar piping or code-regulated work. Stanley Fisher® shall not be liable for any issues arising from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

Disclaimer of Performance

ZoneGuard is designed for general residential and commercial applications. Performance may vary based on water composition, system design, installation conditions, and other external factors beyond our control. No specific results, outcomes, or performance improvements are guaranteed. Testimonials and examples are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of performance.

10-year transferable limited warranty

ZoneGuard Plus is covered by a 10-year transferable warranty on the housing and catalytic core against manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use conditions. The warranty transfers to a subsequent homeowner upon sale of the home. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or external conditions beyond our control. For a covered defect, Stanley Fisher LLC will repair or replace the product, at its discretion. This repair-or-replacement remedy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To request warranty support, contact support@stanleyfisher.com with your order reference, contact details and a description of the issue. If the home has changed ownership, explain the transfer so we can identify the original purchase. We will explain the assessment and return process before you send the unit.

A licensed plumber is recommended. Coverage is not conditional on using a particular installer or branded fitting; damage caused by improper installation remains excluded. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stanley Fisher® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits. Where legally permitted, total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by applicable law, and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stanley Fisher®, its affiliates, officers, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use, misuse, installation, or handling of ZoneGuard.

Statutory rights

The written warranty above and applicable statutory warranties remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms disclaims an implied warranty or excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Limitations in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by the law applicable to your purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Stanley Fisher® and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services for payment processing, security, shipping and business operations. The public site currently uses no analytics or advertising tracking. Provider privacy practices are explained in our Privacy Policy. Using a service provider does not remove obligations we owe you under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively. The terms applicable to an existing purchase are not replaced merely because this page is updated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of ZoneGuard are subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
